The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) is advising fleet operators that make occasional visits to London’s Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to consider renting the appropriate vehicles rather than being charged or fined for using older, non-conforming vehicles. Unlike the congestion charge, the LEZ is in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whilst an investment in expensive modifications or even replacement vehicles may make sense for regular visitors to the capital, the BVNo tags for this post.
