Three quarters of drivers are being affected by the high cost of fuel with more than half cutting back on car journeys, according to an AA Populus poll of 15,306 members. There is no let up for fleet drivers either as those that drive their own cars are most affected as the fuel advisory rates are not relative to the high fuel costs.
